Privacy Policy
1. We do not collect your data
Fortifall is published by Our Small Office. We run no game servers and keep no database of players. Nothing you do in the game is sent to us. We never see your name, email, device identifiers, location or payment details, so we have nothing to share, sell or disclose.
The advertising and payment services described below are operated by Google and Apple. They process data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies and are solely responsible for that processing. We cannot access, change or delete data held by them.
2. What stays on your device
- Game save: progress, coins, unlocked weapons, your fortress layout, settings and language. It is stored only in the app's data folder on your device and is never sent to us.
- Purchase record: if you buy “No ads”, the game stores the store's confirmation (which item, when) so it can keep the item and restore it.
- Ad limits: the date of first launch and simple counters (how many ads were shown today), so the game can respect its own ad limits.
You can erase all of this at any time: Settings → Reset progress, or uninstall the game.
3. Ads are served by Google, not by us
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: rewarded videos only when you tap to watch one, and full-screen ads between battles (never on the first day, never during a battle). The ads are delivered by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which is Google's software. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process the device advertising identifier (on iOS only if you allow tracking), IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic data. This data goes from your device directly to Google. We receive only aggregated totals (number of ads shown and revenue), never data about you.
Your choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland Google's consent form appears before ads, and ads are personalised only with your consent; change it any time in Settings → Privacy options (ads). On iOS you can refuse tracking. You can reset or turn off the advertising ID in your device settings. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites; Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Purchases are handled by the store
The only purchase is “No ads”: it removes the full-screen ads, and rewards then come without a video. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store under their own terms; we never see your name, card or address. Refunds are requested from the store. Privacy policies: Google, Apple.
5. What the game does not do
- No accounts, sign-in, chat, multiplayer or user-generated content.
- No analytics: we collect no gameplay statistics from your device.
- No access to your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or precise location.
- No collection, sharing or sale of personal data by us or on our behalf.
6. Your rights
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or delete. Your game data is erased with Reset progress or by uninstalling. For data processed by Google or Apple, use their tools: Google privacy controls, Apple Data and Privacy. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
7. Children
Fortifall is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not collect data from anyone, including children. If you believe a child under 13 is using the game, write to us.
8. Third-party services and links
Google and Apple process data under their own policies and are solely responsible for it. We do not control the ads Google shows, their content or the websites they lead to. Links in the game and on this page lead to sites we do not control; their content and privacy practices are their own responsibility.
9. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, for entertainment only, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of game progress or purchases, interruptions, device issues, or for the content, availability or data practices of third-party ads and services (Google, Apple). Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law.
10. Changes
If a future version processes data differently (for example, adds optional statistics), this policy will be updated before that version is released, with a new effective date at the top.
